Today is the first day of my new blog. I am starting this blog more as a journal or a chronicle of my musings as a 59 year old, divorced (single) woman and a way to connect with others. I follow many bloggers and figure it will be easier to connect if I can also share my story with them as they have with me and their other followers.
I find myself searching for blogs by other women in the same position I am - growing old alone but loving the freedom, exploring ways to live well on a small income and navigating this tricky new stage of life. I look forward to sharing ideas with others.
I will be telling my story a little at a time but wanted to get it started with a short post today.
